ARTWORK
“La Virgen de la Gracia” [Our Lady of Grace] by Paolo de Sancto Leocadio, Enguera (Valencia), Iglesia de San Miguel. Painted on wood panel, 1482-1484. The painting is noted for the Italian influence coming into Valencian painting at this time. San Leocadio is also the painter of the vihuelas in Valencia Cathedral a few years earlier (15-349).

Benito reports that it was restored without much success in the 1970s and then with much better results in 2010 by the Fundación La Luz de las Imágenes.

INSTRUMENTS
There is a viola de arco on the left (15-330b) and a bell-shaped vihuela de mano (15-300a) on the right. Each of these is presented separately
