INSTRUMENT
Very typical guitar or vihuela shape and proportions: incurved waists (less than 1589 edition), larger lower bout, bridge low on the soundboard, rosette, above the waist, flat back, with four strings depicted. The pegbox on this version of the print is difficult to identify.
