ARTWORK
Fresco on the interior of the dome of the church of S. Sigismondo de Cremona, 1570. The sketch for this painting is 16-214.

INSTRUMENT
A large viola da mano with cornered waists and a central rosette. Fretted neck with six strings visible. The end of the fingerboard and pegbox are hidden. Played with a thumb-in technique.
