Pedro García de Benabarre, an Aragones painter active 1445-1483, is thought to have trained under the Aragonese painter Blasco de Grañén, together with whom he is documented in Saragossa between 1445 and 1447. He was active in Benabarre c. 1452-1455, when he moved to Barcelona, summoned there by Bernat Martorell's widow and son.
