subiraHIST, p. 213 lists the inventory of the cardinal which includes organs, harps. German flutees, trumpets, drums, a lute, a tambourine, a fife and a vihuela de arco. Cited in poulton1977, p. 41. • schöner1999, p. 77, names him as the employer of Venegas de Henestrosa. There is a payment made by him on 1526.01.08 to an unnamed Flemish lutenist of 2 ducados.
