Soneto of unidentified provenance. Pujol gives this piece as Soneto XIX (in pujol1965), but was also unable to make any identification, but commented the following dance character” Dance-like air, in four voices in “consonancias y redobles” style that suggests the character of the basse dance, for which reason it seems better fast. It is one of the most brilliant sonetos of the book, perfectly integrated into the organic nature of the instrument. The work has been classified here as in 3 voices, although it does contain a few four-note chords.
