Intabulation of a section of the “Gloria” of the Missa sine nomine by Josquin des Prez [JosqMS, nº 17]. Valderrábano’s attribution of it as from the Missa ad fugam (JosqMS, nº 16) is incorrect. This suggests that Valderrábano may have used the Antico print (Rome, 1516) for his intabulation because in that source the Missa sine nomine is incorrectly titled the Missa ad fugam (JosqMS, nº 16). Narváez set the same movement (Na019). Gil erroneously accepts Valderrábano’s misnaming of the source (gil2017, 399).
