Commentary

Literal intabulation of both partes of this motet by Boyleau, “Absterget Deus” and “Non esurient”. This makes it a very long and difficult work to play.
The text of both parts is from the Common of Martyrs, cantus ID = 001212 and 006013b. It is derivd from Apocalypse 21:4 and 7:16.
