pp. 90-92. Garci Sánchez de Badajoz. Summarises the work of Martin Cunningham (1999) and Emilio Ros-Fábregas (2003) concerning the identity of the poet musician. Garci Sánchez is the author of songs intended to be sung to the vihuela and an arranger for this medium of polyphonic pieces by other composers. Some of his own songs, perhaps originally for vihuela and voice are those that survive as polyphonic arrangements
