Original ink foliation, 5-161, on upper left versos (excludes front flyleaf and two folios following f. 157; ff. 1, 2, and 29 now missing; folio numbers on ff. 3-4 obliterated by fraying; "150" applied to two consecutive folios; "152," "153," and "159" omitted).
Modern pagination on upper inside margins of each page, 1-315 (last page not numbered). Original covers of yellow parchment on pasteboard. No index. Copied by Giordano Passetto (ca. 1484-1557), maestro di cappella of Padua Cathedral from 1520 until his death; Passetto also copied PadBC A17 and one group of pieces in PadBC D25-6 (ConstRM). Inked calligraphic initials; edges of folios tinted blue. Watermarks: (1) generally resembles Briquet #478-96 (also found in PadBC A17); (2) generally resembles Briquet #11912 (also found in earliest layer of PadBC D25-6); (3) three-peaked mountain in circle, surmounted by cross (not in Briquet); (4) three-peaked mountain in circle, surmounted by cross (found only on front flyleaf; not in Briquet).

XVIe s., 160 ff. (319 p.). Papier, 395 x 385 mm. Foliotation ancienne au v des ff.: 3-162; pagination moderne: 1-319. Dans la foliotation ancienne, les ff. 1-2 et 29 mq., 150 folioté 2 fois, 153, 154 sautés dans la numérotation. Dans la pagination moderne, les p. 312 et 313 [ff. 158-159], 318 et 319 [ff. 161v-162] sont blanches. Notation mesurée blanche. 10 portées par p.
Ms. assez semblable au précédent pour qu'on puisse en attribuer la copie à Giordano Pasetto, mais à une date plus avancée dans sa carrière à Padoue, si l'on en juge par le répertoire plus jeune avec des compositeurs comme Gombert, Hesdin, Manchicourt ou Morales. Les concordances s'établissent d'ailleurs surtout avec le ms. de Cambrai 125-128 daté de 1542 et aussi avec les 13 Livres de motets d'Attaingnant (1534-35).
